At Zarden, all our products—such as Toddler Rails, Toddler Bedding, and Nod Chairs—are made-to-order. This means each item is crafted just for you, ensuring top-notch quality. Because of this, delivery times may vary, but it also allows us to offer great prices. We appreciate your patience and support!

Shipping Carriers: USPS, DHL, EMS, Local Post, and more.

Processing & Shipping Times
We process orders Monday through Friday. Your order will be prepared within 1–3 business days and shipped the following day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Countries We Ship To: Worldwide.

Shipping Fees
The fees below cover all shipping costs and surcharges. Order as many items as you like—you’ll still pay just one flat rate:

  • United States: $5.99
  • International: $19.99

Estimated Shipping Times (excluding production time):

  • United States: 2–4 business days
  • International: 20–25 business days
    Note: Due to current circumstances, shipping may be delayed by 10–15 days. We hope for your understanding. These are estimated times only.

Important Notes:

  • Please provide accurate and complete delivery information. Incorrect or missing details may delay your order, as we might need to contact you to update them.
  • Packages with incomplete addresses may be returned to us or canceled to avoid unnecessary hassle.
  • Delays may also occur due to customs clearance.

Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take 1–3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking info isn’t available yet, it simply means the carrier hasn’t processed it. Once scanned, updates will appear on the tracking page.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses. If you request the carrier to redirect your package after it leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage during transit.
